- Log into your account
- From the Menu bar select Manage Shipments, then change the Show field to Shipped
- You should see a list of recently shipped shipments - locate the shipment you wish to view tracking for, and select the carrier icon beside the tracking number
- This will open a new window to the carrier’s website, providing your tracking information
- If you are using DHL/USPS the different statuses during the packages journey to the customer you will see and what they mean are:

Please note that the Support team at ShipFusion cannot update tracking - this is done entirely by the carriers themselves, and is dependent on a number of factors (when the package is scanned, how long it takes the data to upload to their servers, if there are network outages, and so forth).
