Billing Statements

The Statements tab offers a comprehensive overview of your monthly spending, along with insightful comparisons between warehouses, ideal for those managing multiple locations.

The Monthly Spend includes a visual representation of your spending for each month. If you have multi-warehouse set up, the default view will be for all warehouses. This can be filtered by time period. If you have inventory at our Toronto location, you will have the ability to toggle between CAD and USD in the top right:

 

The Monthly Statements section displays a quick overview of each month’s spending at a more granular level (services, shipping, packaging, storage, insurance). There are also indicators on if the invoice has been paid or not:

 

Hovering over a month’s line items will give you View options for each corresponding column, which opens up modals for breakdowns of Services, Shipping, Packaging, and Storage:

You can filter by currency from the drop-down field, as well by year. You can view the statement in full by selecting the View button, or select the Transactions button to view more details in the corresponding modal:

From this view, you can see the exact line items that contributed to your monthly statement with a more detailed breakdown (such as projects, shipments, credits, and receiving).

You can select the View option to the right to go straight to the item in question to view even further details. If you need to, you can export the data via the Export button in the top right, or use the Filter button to look for specific information.

 

Lastly, the Warehouse Comparison section provides you with a visual breakdown of your spending per warehouse. This will only be available to you if you have multi-warehouse set up. You can filter by currency or by month from the right-hand side:
