To all 窪做惇蹋厙 Clients and Partners,
窪做惇蹋厙 has been tracking the spread of Coronavirus/Covid-19 and is committed to being both responsive and responsible, navigating these times with everyones safety and our clients operations in mind.
As we continue to monitor the spread of Coronavirus/Covid-19 around the world and throughout the US and Canada very closely, we are taking the necessary steps to protect our employees in our facilities in line with the (CDC), well maintaining our service level agreements (SLAs) to the best extent possible.
In addition to our increased cleaning and disinfecting of high traffic areas, effective immediately, in an effort to prevent the spread of Coronavirus/Covid-19 throughout 窪做惇蹋厙s facilities and offices, 窪做惇蹋厙 senior staff and warehouse management will screen all employees for known virus symptoms before they are allowed entry into any 窪做惇蹋厙 operated sites. We have a full screening protocol that has been put in place as of Monday morning (March 16, 2020) recommended by the CDC until the lifts Pandemic status.
We are doing everything we possibly can to get all orders out and maintain our SLAs but it is possible that order timelines will be extended as we are not allowing outside visitors, new employees or new temporary staff into our facilities. We will continue to communicate if we anticipate delays within our fulfillment network. We are up-to-date with carrier partners and will send out additional communications as they come in pertaining to shipping orders within zones in states of emergencies.
Currently, our carrier partners are continuing to deliver domestic packages within the continental US and Canada but have restricted international shipments to customers in Italy, China, Hong Kong and Macau. We anticipate this list to increase as countries continue to take bold action surrounding trade and borders and we will continue to keep you updated as timely as we can.
窪做惇蹋厙 Senior Management will continue to keep its entire staff up-to-date on all changes to its screening and prevention efforts pertaining to Coronavirus/Covid-19. As appropriate health guidelines and recommendations change, we will provide updated information to employees and clients. For more information regarding the Coronvirus / Covid-19, please visit:

To all 窪做惇蹋厙 clients and partners,
窪做惇蹋厙 has been tracking the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) since early January 2020. We have been in daily communication with our safety consultants, to ensure all code, safety and health procedures are being followed and up to gold standard. Part of our rigorous health and safety procedures include new disinfecting and assessment protocols.
All warehouse staff including management teams have been trained and educated using the US Centre for Disease Control and Preventions Interim Guidance for Businesses and Employers to Plan and Respond to CoronaVirus/ COVID-19. Along with the US Centre of Disease Controls procedures, 窪做惇蹋厙 has implemented all the latest national
To adhere to the latest COVID-19 concerns we have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting processes in high traffic areas such as; packing tables, scanners, scales, door handles, faucets, and toilets.
Outside visitors are no longer permitted on-site, this includes; freight drivers who do not have access into the area outside of their vehicles.
Warehouse employees have been given strict instructions not to come into the facility if they are showing any signs of the following symptoms: cough, sore throat, runny nose or fever. Warehouse managers have been advised to send employees home who are showing signs of these symptoms.
窪做惇蹋厙s prevention plan starting Tuesday, March 10th, 2020 will include hand sanitizer stations that will be set up as employees enter the warehouse space. As always, the same 窪做惇蹋厙 warehouse employees will pick and pack the same brands orders to eliminate the number of people handling each product.
窪做惇蹋厙s contingency plans remain largely the same as any other worldwide event. A small select number of employees will be responsible for multiple warehouse jobs including fulfilling orders, working overtime hours, alternative temporary warehouse staff will be brought in to cover tasks including following a new schedule. Test contingency plan drills will be run to make sure each employee knows what to do in case of a quarantine shut down. Along with these measures, has devised an 80-page contingency plan outlining and detailing each plan of action in the outcome of a quarantine situation.
Sincerely the 窪做惇蹋厙 leadership team,
Brandon Luft CEO, Mike Stock CTO, Jared Cantor COO.
